What You'll Be Doing

Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service at retail locations and promotional events

Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable product and service information

Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions

Guide customers through the sign-up or purchasing process while ensuring a seamless experience

Maintain a professional and friendly approach during every customer interaction

Work collaboratively with your team to achieve customer satisfaction and team objectives

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with customers

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn and develop new skills

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is beneficial but not required

Must be able to work on-site in Washington, DC
