Pay is up to $30/hr. based on experience 

Shifts: Week 1: Mon/Thurs/Fri, Week 2: Tues/Wed/Sat/Sun

6:15 AM – 6:30 PM & 6:15 PM – 6:30 AM

Duties: 

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, relays, conveyors, and pumps
• Troubleshoot CNC, automated production, and PLC-controlled equipment. 
• Read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records 
• Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing production machinery and systems
• Locate and identify faults and/or hazards, repair as required
• Wire, build, and modify electrical control panels according to schematics and engineering drawings
• Inspect, test, and replace transformers, breakers, fuses, and wiring harnesses
• Run hydraulic hoses, repair leaks as necessary and run electrical conduit throughout production floor
• Testing systems using multimeters, meggers, oscilloscopes, and other electrical diagnostic tools

Requirements: 

• 2-4+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred. More experienced technicians are encouraged to apply
• Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures
