We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team and contribute to the improvement of patients' physical, social, and mental functions through personalized treatment programs. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will plan and conduct treatment segments aimed at restoring and enhancing patient functionality, aligning with departmental objectives. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team.

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent (Required if the license was obtained on or after January 2016)
• Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience (Preferred)

Licenses/Certifications

• Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice (Required)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (Required)

Essential Functions

• Conduct evaluations to ensure quality standards and identify areas needing attention.
• Utilize appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy interventions following established treatment protocols and techniques.
• Develop comprehensive care and discharge plans, ensuring clear communication with relevant parties.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervise assigned assistants in providing patient care.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
