Position Overview Lead field operations for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to company standards Serve as the primary leader on-site, setting expectations for quality and productivity Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct installers and subcontractors on-site Review project scope and plans prior to execution Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delaysEnsure quality standards are consistently met Detailed Carpentry / Measuring Skills Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding job progress Document progress and issues through field reporting tools and software Coordinate with the internal team to ensure materials are available and ready Qualifications Experience in residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling Working knowledge of cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry Ability to read and interpret plans and project scope Proven ability to lead and manage field teams Strong problem‑solving and communication skillsReliable and accountable work ethic Preferred Attributes Self‑starter with a proactive mindset Strong attention to detail and quality Professional communication with team members and clients Ability to maintain production pace without sacrificing quality Commitment to team success and company standards Growth Opportunity This role offers advancement opportunities as the company continues to grow, including potential progression into senior field leadership or production management roles.
