Operations Lead

Job Description As an Operations Lead at Ark Spaces, you will oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities Monitor the project lifecycle from initiation to execution. Engage and update clients on project progress. Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure proper resource allocation. Foster teamwork and communication among project stakeholders. Prepare and present formal progress reports. Build professional relationships with design professionals, vendors, and clients. Direct the installation team to execute work according to the design plan. Ensure high standards of execution and customer experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in executing interior fit-out projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel/GSheets. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
