Albany Med Health System
Albany Medical College is looking for a comprehensive General Otolaryngologist to join the Department of Otolaryngology. You will be a part of a dedicated team treating a wide range of otolaryngology patients from across northeastern New York, western Massachusetts, and southwestern Vermont.
Responsibilities Include:
- Management of patients with acute and chronic otolaryngologic diagnosis with a potential to focus on sleep disorders and allergy, not required for position
- Collaborate with fellowship trained otolaryngologists in a variety of sub-specialties
- Performance of minor in-office procedures as well as surgical procedures in both an inpatient and outpatient setting.
- Opportunities to build a concentration in Allergy and Sleep
- Education of medical students and residents
- Opportunity to conduct research and perform scholarly work
Qualifications include :
- MD or DO with board certification in Otolaryngology
- Experience in diagnosing and managing a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions
- Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in New York State
- Strong dedication to providing high-quality, patient centered care across diverse populations
Competitive salary range $322,000-$444,000 with incentive bonus opportunity. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
