Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in neonatal care and be committed to ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the intensive care unit.
Perform assessments, plan and implement care, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
Educate and support families regarding care and treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification.
Experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last ten (10) years.
