Transition Manager - Oracle Fusion AMS (HCM, SCM, ERP, Technical) - New York

We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead the end-to-end transition of Application Management Services (AMS) for the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. The role is critical in ensuring seamless service continuity, successful knowledge transfer, and smooth integration of AMS processes across HCM, SCM, ERP, and technical tracks. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end transition planning including roadmap, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation Act as the primary liaison between vendors, internal teams, IT, and external stakeholders Manage structured knowledge transfer including documentation, shadowing, and system access Identify and mitigate transition risks while ensuring compliance with organizational standards Track and report KPIs/SLAs during transition and ensure service continuity Drive issue resolution through regular governance and stakeholder meetings Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in application transition or AMS transformation roles Strong experience in Oracle Fusion or enterprise ERP environments preferred Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills across global teams Hands-on experience in transition lifecycle management and vendor coordination Strong understanding of KT processes, documentation, and operational handover Experience in KPI/SLA governance and compliance-driven environments #J-18808-Ljbffr MokshaaLLC
