About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior executive leader responsible for defining and implementing the organization's human capital strategy. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the executive team to ensure that HR functions are in line with the company's mission, values, and operational goals. The VP of HR will be tasked with modernizing HR operations, leading organizational change initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with all relevant employment regulations. A key focus will be on maintaining a values-based, people-focused culture and fostering leadership development at all levels. Candidates for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in HR, including at least 2 years in an executive-level HR role. Experience in HR leadership within healthcare environments is essential, with a strong preference for those who have worked in mission-driven or service-oriented organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare HR compliance, process automation, and technology, as well as expertise in organizational development, change management, and supporting large, multi-location workforces. A Master's degree and/or professional HR certification is preferred, and a background in UKG HRIS is a strong advantage. The role also requires the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, and to design and implement strategies for talent attraction, retention, and development in a competitive healthcare labor market.
