Electro/Mechanical Assemblers – $21–$22/hr

We’re looking for hands-on Electro/Mechanical Assemblers who enjoy building things, working with tools, and taking pride in quality work.

Pay & Schedule

• Wiring Assembly: $22/hr
• Mechanical Assembly: $21/hr
• Mon–Fri: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Sat: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
• Overtime required | 50–55 hrs/week

What You'll Do

Wiring Assemblers

• Build wire harnesses by measuring, cutting, routing, tying, soldering and crimping
• Install wiring, connectors and electrical components
• Read wiring diagrams and technical drawings
• Perform continuity/functional testing
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair assemblies

Mechanical Assemblers

• Build high-end light towers and trailers
• Use hand and power tools for drilling, bolting and general assembly
• Operate hoists/cranes as trained
• Cross-train across multiple production stations
• Track parts and materials and help identify quality improvements

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of production, manufacturing, wiring or assembly experience
• Comfortable reading technical drawings or work instructions
• Experience with hand/power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable team player willing to cross-train

Bonus: Bilingual English/Spanish • ISO 9001 experience • Lean Manufacturing • Soldering • Electrical or mechanical assembly

Must Be Able To

• Stand for a 10-hour shift
• Wiring: repeatedly lift/move up to 30 lbs.
• Mechanical: repeatedly lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Follow PPE and manufacturing safety requirements
