DESCRIPTION The Shift lead position will exercise your leadership skills while you closely collaborate with the Assistant Team Leader and Team Leader. Becoming the Shift Leader will introduce you to new responsibilities such as running the shifts and keeping operations on track and organized. This is a great stepping stone for someone looking to grow a step further on the ladder of leadership within Pita Way. REQUIREMENTS Join the fastest growing healthy restaurants in metro Detroit. We are looking for individuals with a great attitude and work ethic to join our team. With restaurant experience or not, you can join a great work environment, flexible hours, free employee meals, and the ability to satisfy our customers with amazing Mediterranean eats.
