aleading full line construction equipment dealer of John Deere and Wirtgen Grou
pequipment serving the majority of Southern Pennsylvania including the Philadelphia
,Pittsburgh, and Harrisburg MSAs. In 2023 GT&E was acquired by Wildcat Capita
lManagement along with the incumbent John Deere Construction and Forestry (“Deere”
)dealers in Southern Pennsylvania, forming Pennsylvania’s largest Deere dealer with eigh

Purpos e: Lead the development, implementation, and coordination of all personnel rela
tedpolicies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all federal, state/provincial,
andlocal employment laws. Partner with the executive team to drive business goals through
anengaged, high-performing workforce. Champion talent acquisition, retention,
anddevelopment while cultivating a positive workplace cultu
re.
Key Responsibilit
ies: Develop, implement, and maintain employee policies and procedures; ad
visemanagers and employees on policy interpretation and compliance
withemployment laws and company standa
rds. Serve as a strategic partner on the leadership team, contributing to organizati
onalplanning and execution of business go
als. Design and manage employee engagement initiatives, including recogni
tionprograms, wellness activities, and feedback mechani
sms. Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, inclu
dingperformance-based pay structures and workers’ compensat
ion. Lead recruitment eorts across the organization: build external partnerships (e
.g.,local schools and workforce programs), coach hiring managers, and optimize
theselection and onboarding proces
ses. Manage and continuously improve the performance management process to en
surealignment with company objectives and employee developm
ent. Oversee training, learning, and development programs to build internal capabili
tiesand support career progress
ion. Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring a high level of service delivery in recruit
ing,staffing, and employee developm
ent. Manage the organization’s safety and health initiatives, ensuring legal complia
nce,employee safety training, and injury prevention progr
ams. Travel regularly to company locations to support leadership, engage
withemployees, and ensure HR alignment across all branches (estimated 35% of
timeout of office, with occasional overnight travel requir
ed).
Required Qualificat
ions: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in key areas su
ch ascompensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training
, andcompli
ance. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related
field(or equivalent experie
nce). Strong working knowledge of federal and state/provincial labor laws, wage and
hourregulations, and HR best pract
ices. Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR information systems; experience
withHRIS/ATS platforms prefe
rred. Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver strateg
ic HRinitiat
ives. Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of presentin
g andinfluencing at all levels of the organiza
tion. PHR or SHRM-CP certification prefe
