An international plant-based manufacturing company is seeking a second-shift Production Supervisor who will help the production manager.

$25/hr. Plus full benefits
2nd shift
Monday - Thursday and Sunday 01:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Training during the first 30 days will take place Monday-Friday
- Somerset, NJ

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor 2nd shift:

Assist the Production Manager and report production issues
Oversee daily production activities and employees
Ensure safety and food safety procedures are followed
Enter and maintain production data in NetSuite and other systems
Supervise Production Leaders and support employee training
Monitor production output, losses, and cleanliness
Start up and shut down production lines
Ensure production schedules are completed to meet customer orders

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: 2nd shift

Monday - Thursday and Sunday 01:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Training during the first 30 days will take place Monday-Friday

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
At least 3 years of manufacturing experience (food manufacturing preferred)
OSHA 10 certification
Experience using an ERP system (NetSuite or SAP is a plus)
Familiar with production equipment and manufacturing processes
Forklift experience
Knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP and SQF
Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
