From schools to offices, we help people across the U.S. live and work in healthier environments - and we give back through paid volunteer time and community engagement.SCHEDULE: Sunday to Thursday, 6pm to 2:30am PAY: $19 per hour What You'll DoAs a Lead Custodian, you'll ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all.Daily Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and more.Restock & Refill: Keep restrooms and supply areas stocked with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.Monitor Safety: Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment.Support the Team: Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors.Why Join Verde?Positive Culture: We celebrate our values-Safety, Sustainability, Social Impact, and Awesomeness-every day. Leadership experience a plus.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Skills: Know your way around cleaning tools and safety procedures.
