Base Salary: $235,000 – $270,000 annually

Quality Incentive: Up to $15,000 each year

Annual CME Allowance: $3,000 with 40 dedicated CME hours

Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

This is a remarkable opportunity for a driven and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established anesthesia department. You will be part of a collaborative team, benefit from an increasing surgical volume, and have access to the extensive resources of a national health system.

• Become part of a team consisting of 10 physicians and 17 CRNAs
• Practice in an inpatient setting
• Experience a high degree of clinical autonomy across a diverse perioperative mix, including OB/Gyn, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, Plastics, Vascular, and General Surgery, with no open-heart cases, minimal complex pediatrics, and limited trauma exposure as a Level III facility.
• Enjoy a flexible staffing system that offers various shifts to promote a healthy work-life balance, along with opportunities to mentor SRNAs from three prestigious local training programs.
• CRNAs are expected to perform advanced procedures (CVCs, arterial lines, US-guided peripheral nerve blocks, and epidurals/spinals), with dedicated training and mentorship available for any procedures where you wish to enhance your skills.
• This is an employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Anesthesia
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer. Accepted from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Nurse Anesthetist credential from the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) required before hire or transfer.
• Registered Nurse credential from the Maryland Board of Nursing required before hire or transfer.
• Advanced Life Support certification preferred. Accepted from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Education:

• A Master's or Doctorate in Nursing Anesthesia Practice or Nursing Practice is required.
