• Ongoing training and development. Willing to hire Registered Technicians with plans to become Certified within 6 months.

Responsibilities for the Pharmacy Technician:

• Data entry of new and refill prescriptions

• Filling of new and refill prescriptions

• Maintain sufficient and accurate inventory

• Resolve third party issues with payers and providers

• Phone calls to assist with business associates patients and providers needs and/or relays information to administrative support staff to complete calls as needed

• Coordinate vast interdepartmental patient care and service

• Participate and contribute to weekly monthly and quarterly performance improvement meetings

• Assist Compliance Department to ensure pharmacy operations and personnel are following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Job requirements

Key Requirements:

• Pharmacy Technician Certification from a nationally recognized agency. Willing to hire Registered Technicians with plans to become Certified within 6 months.

• Ability to work in a rapidly growing and fast paced environment

• Must possess and demonstrate excellent telecommunication skills and superb customer service

• Proficient word processing abilities as well as computer/system navigation

• Prior PioneerRx experience will be extremely beneficial

• High School diploma or equivalent
