Placer County is seeking a Deputy County Counsel to provide legal advice and representation to County Departments, the Board of Supervisors, and County Officials on a broad range of matters. Responsibilities include advising on legal questions, interpreting and applying law, drafting contracts and ordinances, negotiating labor agreements, handling pleadings and discovery, and representing the County in depositions, court, and administrative proceedings while upholding high ethics and #J-18808-Ljbffr Placer-County
