Skilled Nursing Dietitian

Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Skilled Nursing Dietitian to join our growing team in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. This is an onsite position for up to 24 hours per week. If you have a strong background in nutrition and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site nutrition services to patients at our facilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop personalized nutrition plans

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated care

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian credentials

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field

• Active licensure in your state of residence and the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition interventions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient computer skills and experience with clinical online charting software and platforms
