Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Production Operations

The Production Manager is a core member of the OTECH Support Services Team. The Production Manager will ensure compliance with all safety, quality, technical and housekeeping standards across the Hanover Campus’ warehouses. The Production Manager is responsible for managing all production and systematic functions in support of OTECH programs, which includes the activities of the Manufacturing, Assembly, and Field Specialist groups as well as other Production staff. The Production Manager interfaces with customers to ensure quality production and customer satisfaction. Strong analytical and personnel management skills are required. The Production Manager will utilize their knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals are met within the Production organization. The Production Manager is an in-office position located in Hanover, MD. Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry.
