Senior Accountant

Aston Carter is hiring for a Senior Accountant in Whites Creek, TN. The Senior Accountant plays a key role in supporting general ledger activity and the month-end close process across multiple entities. This position is responsible for preparing journal entries, completing account reconciliations, and delivering financial analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• General ledger & month-end close
• Account reconciliations
• Financial reporting & analysis
• Intercompany & multi-entity accounting
• Cross functional support
• Controls, audit, and process improvement

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience, with 1+ year of Senior accountant experience
• Bachelors in accounting or finance preferred
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and month end close
• Experience preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Work Environment:

• Hybrid work environment (3 days onsite) located in Whites Creek, TN
• Close collaboration with other accounting & finance departments

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Eligible employees may participate in comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as a 401(k) plan
