This role involves preparing the operating room, managing surgical equipment, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure high-quality, patient‑centered care. The OR RN collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and adheres to the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and professional ethics in a dynamic surgical environment.
