Corporate Finance Attorney

Trustpoint.One is recruiting a Temporary Corporate Finance Attorney who is client-focused, organized and has a team-oriented approach to work with an international law firm on a remote, long-term temporary assignment.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials. Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence.
• Minimum of 7 years of Corporate Finance Attorney experience, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house experience
• 7+ years of experience drafting, reviewing and interpreting corporate finance agreements, including credit, loan, and security agreements; guaranties and UCC filings.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication.
• Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics and fair/proper behavior.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations
• Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing
• This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
