Position Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro ICU / Surgical ICU

• Specialty: ICU

• Job Type: Travel

• Location: Albany, NY

• Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• 48-hour workweeks available for interested candidates

Requirements:

• Active NY RN License

• Minimum 2 years of ICU staff experience

• Recent Trauma Level I experience required

• Experience caring for trauma, surgical ICU, and neurological ICU patients

• Candidates with 1.5 years of ICU experience may be considered if experience was gained at a 600+ bed academic hospital

• Previous travel nursing experience required

• EPIC EMR experience required (please indicate if experience was within the past year)

• Current BLS certification

• Current ACLS certification

• Flu vaccination required.

• Navy blue scrubs required.

• Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility.

• Candidates cannot reside in the following New York counties:

  • Albany

  • Columbia

  • Dutchess

  • Fulton

  • Greene

  • Montgomery

  • Rensselaer

  • Saratoga

  • Schenectady

  • Ulster

  • Warren

  • Washington

• Previous staff nurses must have a minimum one-year employment gap before being eligible for rehire.
