(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary What you'll do: perform warehouse duties including materials handling, inventory management, customer service, safety compliance, and technology support in accordance with company policies and standards. Responsibilities Operate forklift following company standards and guidelines, safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise and pallets. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; and address improvement opportunities. Receive stocks and organize merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers; manage inventory flow; merchandise and inventory control; complete required paperwork and logs. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials as required, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning, stocking and rotating merchandise, handling damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up displays, and monitoring promotional and seasonal merchandise. Process club pickup orders, ensuring accuracy and timely staging in accordance with policy and procedures. Inventory management: move and display goods safely, track in-stock levels, control shrinkage, report issues, and use inventory tools properly. Operate and maintain forklifts safely; report unsafe conditions and ensure equipment is in working order. Technology: identify customers needing help, assist with technology services, and collaborate with others to fix problems; maintain equipment and organize products. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
