This is a remote position. Marketing Management Coordinate the efforts and direction of the Digital marketing aspect of the Marketing in achieving set business goals Develop and execute marketing campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitors. Digital Advertising Develop and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels. Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI. Implement marketing strategies to re-engage potential customers. Manage budgets and bids for digital ad campaigns. A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Email Marketing Create and manage Email content marketing strategies. Develop blog posts, articles, and other written content. Manage the content calendar. Optimize content for SEO. Manage email marketing campaigns. Build and segment email lists. Create and send newsletters and promotional emails. Lead Generation Develop and execute strategies for generating quality leads through digital channels. Create and manage lead generation campaigns across various platforms. Track and optimize the lead funnel to improve conversion rates. Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture leads. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Public Relations (PR) Handle media relations and press releases. Develop PR campaigns to enhance the agency's reputation. Respond to media inquiries. Manage crisis communication if necessary. SEO Optimize the agency's website and client websites for search engines. Conduct keyword research. Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Track and report on SEO performance. Analytics Collect and analyze data related to marketing efforts. Generate reports on campaign performance. Provide insights to refine marketing strategies. Utilize analytics tools and software.

Requirements 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of launching and scaling new products or services. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in managing performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid media channels. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content distribution strategies. Experience working with marketing automation tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics Adaptable and creative problem-solver. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for persuasive ad copy and landing page messaging.
