They are seeking a Manager to lead client engagements, oversee fund accounting delivery and develop a team of accounting professionals.Job DescriptionThis role combines client relationship management, technical oversight and team leadership. You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of client engagements, ensuring accurate reporting and a high standard of service.Key Responsibilities IncludeManage client relationships, maintaining regular communication around fund activity and operational requirements.Lead client engagements, balancing deadlines, client expectations and team capacity.Oversee fund accounting, investor capital accounts and financial statement preparation.Coordinate audit and tax preparation with external auditors and tax advisors.Review investor reporting and client communications for accuracy and consistency.Mentor and develop Fund Controllers and junior accounting staff.Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.Support business development through proposals and prospective client discussions.Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics.Five or more years of relevant experience in public accounting, fund administration or investment management, or at least one year at Manager level in public accounting.Experience working with private equity or venture capital funds.Strong technical accounting skills, ideally including partnership accounting and private markets fund structures.Ability to manage client relationships, lead teams and oversee multiple deliverables.CPA qualification preferred.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
