As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while monitoring access, supporting visitor and badge procedures, and responding to security-related concerns. You will help maintain a secure environment through clear communication, attentive customer service, and reliable use of site systems. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, maintain visitor logs, and support access-control processes in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Monitor lobby activity, visitor entry, and building access points to help deter unauthorized access and support a professional environment.
• Communicate clearly with building management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding routine activities and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
