Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care within an intensive care unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and ongoing care requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent, full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
• Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• Experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent preferred.
