Senior Civil/Structural Estimator

The Opportunity As the Senior Civil/Structural Estimator you will be responsible for the direction and preparation of lump sum, unit rate, and cost‑plus estimates ranging from simple cost analysis to definitive estimates in support of proposals, project controls, and project change orders. Key Responsibilities Lead or work on Civil/Structural estimates in Advanced Generation, Battery Storage, Utility Solar, and Fuel & Natural Resources/Process sectors. Manage multiple professionals and projects. Perform analytical reviews of estimates. Assist in the maintenance of the Estimating database. Collaborate with the estimating team to create process efficiencies. Coordinate with Management on the training of early‑career professionals. Travel to active projects to conduct audits and related activities. Preferred Qualifications BS or MS graduate in Construction Management or related field (preferred, not required). Industrial project field experience. Ability to manage multiple professionals and multiple projects. Experience with estimating software such as SAGE Timberline and InEight. Minimum Qualifications 8 to 20 years of relevant experience. 3 to 5 years of estimating experience. Field and/or project experience. Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance, and work assignments. Compensation Transparency In accordance with local requirements, the annual compensation ranges for this role are listed below by state or jurisdiction and reflect the applicable office location(s) within each.
