The Role

We are seeking experienced Product Owners to lead product vision and execution across three core operational domains:

1. Customer Service / CRM
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
3. Claims & Provider Operations

In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between business leaders and technical engineering teams. You will own product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs based on business value, execute Agile deliverables, and ensure our systems remain compliant, efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Lead discovery with account managers, operations teams, and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into targeted product strategies, domain roadmaps, and measurable goals.
• Backlog Management & Prioritization: Own, curate, and order the product backlog based on business benefit, customer impact, delivery constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Agile Leadership: Represent the product in all Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos). Collaborate daily with Business Analysts, developers, architects, and UX teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Data & Behavior Validation: Support basic SQL queries to validate product behavior, confirm acceptance criteria outcomes, and investigate routine data issues alongside engineering partners.
• Quality & Release Oversight: Hold final sign-off authority for story cards and defect fixes prior to production deployments, ensuring full business readiness.
• Innovation & AI Execution: Lead domain-specific AI initiatives and prototype implementations under proper compliance and human oversight frameworks.
• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor product metrics to evaluate user adoption, operational performance, product quality, and realized business value.

What You Bring

• Product Leadership Experience: Proven track record acting as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment (CSPO or PSPO preferred).
• Domain Expertise (Matching 1 or 2 areas):
• • CRM / Contact Center: Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pegasystems), contact center workflows, agent tools, or IVR systems.
  • Eligibility & Enrollment: Expertise in health or dental benefit structures, member enrollment lifecycles, or electronic data interchange (EDI 834).
  • Claims & Provider: Deep understanding of claims adjudication, CDT/CPT coding, fee schedules, EOBs, provider credentialing, or EDI 837/835 transactions.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to write and run basic SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) to validate data logic and system behavior.
• Communication & Decision-Making: Strong ability to resolve conflicting stakeholder priorities, communicate trade-offs, and drive consensus across business and IT units.
