Leasing Agent (14424)

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Leasing Agent to support the administration of approximately 160 PBV tenants. This position involves tenant and landlord communication, recordkeeping, data entry, lease-ups, tenant reviews, and general office support. Pay: 20.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM Hours: 35 hours per week Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate tenant files and records using computer software. Process rent payments and update tenant information. Conduct annual and interim tenant reviews and schedule lease-ups. Respond to applicants, tenants, landlords, and public inquiries. Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation. Assist with applications, work orders, and maintenance requests. Assist with PBV-related court matters and employee training. Maintain policies, procedures, and program records. Qualifications Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to learn and use computer software. Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and work professionally with the public.
