Effectively manage and lead a team to provide the best food and guest experience
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude

Qualifications

Passion for people, serving others, and a strong character.
Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest with great customer service skills
Previous leadership experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask efficiently
Proficiency with technology and necessary programs
Availability that includes opening and/or closing shifts
Must have a source for reliable transportation
Willingness to work on your feet for several hours
Ability to lift items of 20 pounds or greater
