Assistant Store Manager 40 hours - Full time

As we continue to grow in the US, we’re excited to create a new Assistant Store Manager position at our Stanford location. You’ll join Alex, our Store Manager , and a team of 4, playing a key role in supporting the store’s success and helping the team grow. As the Store Manager’s right hand, you will: 1. Drive sales & deliver an exceptional customer experience Deliver a personalized, elevated customer experience Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers Take on sales challenges and work toward achieving store goals Monitor key performance indicators and turn insights into action 2. Keep the store running at its best Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation Oversee back-of-house operations, including inventory, deliveries, replenishment and stock management Support the Store Manager with daily management responsibilities Make the most of our digital tools and systems 3.
