- Provide a range of beauty services including haircuts, coloring, and styling.
- Perform skin treatments, makeup applications, and nail services.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Promote salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Valid cosmetology license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Proven experience in a salon or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of hair, skin, and nail care techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and products.
