L3Harris is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will support and provide guidance, counsel and HR expertise directly to employees and leaders. The HRBP will partner with the HR team to drive HR strategies that help accomplish business objectives. Essential Functions:Directly support assigned leaders and employees, and partner with other business leaders, HRBPs, and Center of Excellence to implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve organizational capabilitySupport team in conducting orientation programsManage disciplinary processesCoach managers on employee issues to improve employee engagement and retentionReinforce company policies, safety procedures, and workplace expectationsHiring for high-volume hourly roles and hard-to-fill skilled positions like tradespeople, operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisorsUtilize trends and analytics to provide proactive recommendations and propose solutions to enable sound talent divisions and initiativesIdentify and diagnose issues to develop, recommend, and implement root cause solutions that enhance employee engagement/experienceBuild and utilize relationships with functional HRBPs to influence business priorities within the functionsResponsible for leading end-to-end talent management processes within the division, including workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and compensationManage projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR functionA valid driver’s license is requiredQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.Preferred Additional Skills:Experience working as an HR Business Partner with increasing scope and responsibility, supporting various levels within the organization, preferably within a matrix and government contracting environmentStrong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching, and consulting skillsPossesses a high degree of professional integrity and confidentiality with an eye for attention to detailKnowledge of HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, and SuccessFactors#LI-SS3
