You are responsible for monitoring and identifying unusual or illegal activity across all areas of the casino, helping to protect guests, team members, and company assets. Your attention to detail, commitment to compliance, and adherence to case management procedures help ensure that operations remain secure, fair, and aligned with all regulatory requirements.Job Description:Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service cultureUtilize approved surveillance equipment to identify, document, and report illegal or unusual activity across all gaming and non-gaming areas of the property, including back-of-house operationsAccurately report all illegal and suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities in a timely mannerAssist in the training and mentoring of Surveillance Investigator traineesEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications1 year of experience in gaming surveillance operations or equivalent gaming-related experience preferredAbility to think critically and solve problems with limited standardization, using common sense and sound judgmentAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a teamCommitted to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentAbility to access and input information using a moderately complex computer systemSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft TeamsRequirementsThis position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuanaAt least 21 Years of AgeHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsNevada Gaming RegistrationPhysical RequirementsOccasionally push/pull up to 25 lbsOccasionally lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsOccasionally Squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistFrequently sit and work at a desk or computerOccasionally standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorSmokyNoisyBright flashing lightsExposure to dust, fumes and/or gasesDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
