Practice Location:Las Vegas, NV
\tLargest and most prestigious practice in Nevada; 16-18 physicians, 5 locations, 1 ASC, over 150 employees.
\tBuilt in pediatric wings and separate waiting rooms.
\tComprehensive benefits including; employer paid medical insurance premiums, CME, PTO, license & DEA, malpractice, and more
MD Or Corporate Owned:Private Equity
Reason for Job Opening:Replacement
Partnership Opportunity:Yes, after year 1
Target Compensation:$400k - $700k
Bonus Opportunity: NPC + Individual productivity bonus (additional documents provided)
Retirement Program:No 401k contributions at this time.
Other Benefits: 100% employer paid medical insurance premiums is the flagship. Benefit guide provided separately.
Relocation: Yes
Vacation/PTO:20 days + 5 for CME
Target Start Date:ASAP
Practice Management:NextGen but EMR is ModMed.
Current patient volume: 30 - 40 VPD
Estimated Surg Volume for this role:
Support Staff: Scribe + Tech and increases w/ volume.
