About the Role:

Join MATRIX FACILITY SOLUTIONS as a Cleaning Technician in Jacksonville, FL, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings.

Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a clean environment.

Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards for cleanliness.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Provide excellent customer service and respond to client requests promptly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
