About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to provide enterprise leadership for its compliance program and to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of governance and risk oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a broad portfolio that includes Medicare, Medicaid, ACA Marketplace, commercial, privacy, regulatory compliance, and corporate compliance functions. This role demands a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, with the ability to engage confidently with Board members, regulators, and senior executives. The Chief Compliance Officer will be a trusted advisor, ensuring the organization's compliance, ethics, privacy, and regulatory affairs programs are in line with the highest standards and are effectively integrated into the business. Applicants for the Chief Compliance Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree, Law degree, or other advanced degree, or a certificate in healthcare compliance. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in managed care, healthcare operations, compliance, privacy, regulatory affairs, or related healthcare is required, with significant experience in health plan operations supporting various regulated healthcare programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achievement and experience in working with senior management and board members.
