We are looking for clinicians who enjoy building relationships with their patients and excel in collaborative, patient centered environments. You will work in our E. Tropicana clinic, lead by our Associate Medical Director.

Responsibilities:

• You will provide comprehensive, primary care to our older adult population.
• You will manage patient care, including both acute and chronic care management, prevention, and patient education.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Nevada
• Board certification.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
• 2 years of Experience with Geriatrics.
• 2 years of Primary Care Experience.
• If selected for this role, you will be required to screen for TB.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $133,700 - $183,900 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
