Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail leadership experience
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Availability to work both day and night shifts
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager in Sudbury, MA, you will:

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, stepping into any station as needed
• Serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring guests receive the highest level of hospitality and service at all times
• Coach and lead team members by example, creating a fun and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with food quality, preparation, and production standards
• Uphold standards related to guest relations, labor costs, paper costs, and restaurant safety and sanitation
• Prepare and maintain personnel records, team schedules, and financial and administrative reports
• Ensure all operational procedures for the dining room, service area, and kitchen are properly followed
• Execute shift-level decisions, including team member position assignments and inventory purchases within budget
• Address disciplinary matters as needed and escalate issues to the General Manager when appropriate
• Ensure full compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations
