Regional Business Manager

PacifiCorp seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead business performance across a multi-state electric utility territory. In this role, you will own regional plans supporting safety, reliability, financial performance and regulatory compliance, partnering closely with field, engineering and corporate teams. You will analyze operational data and budgets, manage contracts and vendors, and drive initiatives that modernize the grid and expand renewable integration. The manager will cultivate strong relationships with customers, communities and regulators, respond to outages and emergencies, and develop a high-performing, safety-focused team within a mission-driven, highly regulated environment.
