Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for Michigan (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working in pediatric or school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of communication disorders
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to deliver services and monitor student progress
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and progress updates
• Facilitate small group and individual therapy sessions within the school environment
• Support students’ social and academic growth through targeted speech and language interventions
