Job Description Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year + Bonus Our mission is to honor God by positively impacting people and workplaces. We are a growing commercial cleaning company seeking a highly organized, proactive HR & Administration Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, and office operations. This role reports directly to the Owner/CEO and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people succeed while creating systems that support a growing business. What You'll Do Develop recruiting channels and build a strong candidate pipeline. Support Operations and Area Managers with hiring and onboarding. Improve employee retention and engagement. Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records. Coordinate annual reviews and quarterly employee conversations. Support payroll administration, accounts payable, and office operations. Manage office and operational inventory. Improve administrative processes and systems. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, office management, or administration. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
