- You will be charged with screening and interviewing applicants
- You will be sourcing using LinkedIn
- Posting ads on various job boards
- Directly sourcing candidates
- Attending college recruiting events
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Direct sourcing experience
