Property Manager - Affordable Housing & Community Impact
Fairway-Management
JES Holdings, via its Fairway Management division, seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities, including leasing, budgeting, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes strong customer service and adherence to Fair Housing standards. The position requires 2+ years in affordable housing (LIHTC/Section 8), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Real Page Onesite.
