Sr. Eagle PACE Business AnalystBusiness AnalystBoston, MAAsset ManagementJO-1809-1117The Sr. Eagle Pace Business Analyst is required to be customer focused and offer unique solutions that deliver on their expectations. In addition, you will need to be thoughtful in analyzing data and problem solving. The Eagle BA will demonstrate a solid understanding of various investment vehicles (Fixed Income Securities, Derivatives, Equities and Mutual Funds) and will understand the required operational support to process and account for such instruments. Strong knowledge and experience with investment software like Blackrock Aladdin, Eagle Pace data warehouse, SS&C CAMRA securities accounting system and Openlink FINDUR derivative accounting system as well as office systems like WebFOCUS, Tableau, SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft Word/Excel/Access/Outlook. Minimum of five years demonstrated experience with writing functional specifications. Ability to work with non-technical end users to interpret user requirements. Working knowledge of Eagle PACE data hub product. Knowledge of database, system design, and technical architecture concepts. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and different development models. Minimum of five years demonstrated experience with writing test plans/test scripts. Minimum of three years prior experience leading and facilitating project meetings. Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
