Graphic Designer for Sign Shop/Customer Service/Production

Overview FASTSIGNS West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a versatile and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer and also assist in Sales and Production. This role is a critical part of our operation, bridging the gap between design, customer engagement, and final product creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, a positive sales-oriented attitude, and a willingness to be hands-on in the production area. This is the perfect position for an established designer that wants to utilize and/or expand their skill set. Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality signs and graphics using industry-standard software. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on sign solutions. Prepare production files and ensure all designs meet quality standards. Assist in the production of signs and graphics, ensuring client satisfaction. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows. Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques. Requirements Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the sign industry. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and design. Experience in production techniques and materials used in sign making. Ability to lift and move heavy materials. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Flexibility to work at two locations as needed from West Palm Beach to Palm Beach Gardens.
