As an Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Planner, you will shape how forces understand, protect, and dominate the electromagnetic spectrum across the theater. You will assess the electromagnetic environment to uncover patterns in spectrum usage, identify congestion, and detect unauthorized or hostile activity that could jeopardize operations. In this role, you will develop spectrum management plans that balance operational demands with regulatory and technical constraints, ensuring commanders have reliable and resilient access to critical RF and EMS resources. You will collaborate with EW units and intelligence partners to design and integrate EW tactics and techniques that exploit adversary vulnerabilities and enhance friendly spectrum superiority. You will also prepare contingency plans for jamming events, electromagnetic pulse disruptions, and cyber threats targeting EMS infrastructure, ensuring forces can maintain freedom of action in contested environments. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
