Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is an established small animal veterinary hospital that is hiring for an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. The hospital sees cats, dogs, and rabbits and has been proudly serving the community for nearly 40 years, building a trusted reputation for delivering high-quality veterinary care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves a full scope of general practice responsibilities within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. The successful candidate will work across a varied caseload while delivering high-quality patient care and client communication. Doctor hours will be discussed. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with dedicated mentorship available to support new graduates as they develop their clinical confidence and skills.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00am to 8:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Equipment available includes, but is not limited to, ultrasound, surgical laser, cold and therapeutic laser technology, digital X-ray, and digital dental X-ray. The practice operates from a spacious, state-of-the-art 7,600 square foot facility featuring 10 examination rooms and is AAHA-accredited. Services offered include a full scope of general practice services. In addition, the hospital also provides pet acupuncture and pet grooming, supporting a comprehensive approach to patient and client care.

Team
The practice is home to a team of four veterinarians supported by a highly skilled and supportive team consisting of three CVTs and 12 veterinary assistants. The hospital typically provides two to three support staff members per DVM depending on the day's caseload, creating a collaborative and well-supported clinical environment focused on delivering exceptional veterinary care.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
